How To Make a Claim?

Making an insurance claim can be a daunting proposition – especially if it’s never happened to you before. Luckily we try and make the process as easy and stress free as we can.

This policy works on a reimbursement basis, this means you will need to pay the rental company in the first instance for any damage, and then submit a claim to recover the charges.

Before you start your claim, make sure you have the following documents available:

• Your certificate of insurance
• The rental agreement
• Documentation from the rental company showing the charges you would like to reclaim
• Your bank or card statement showing payment to the rental company for the charges
• A copy of the lead drivers driving licence
• If a named driver was driving at the time of the incident, a copy of their driving licence
